COVID-19 Policies

 

We understand that Covid-19 has made booking holidays seem like a gamble, which is why we want to ensure you feel comfortable, cared-for, and safe when you come camping at Wylde Valley. 

All campers will be contacted prior to their stay at Wylde Valley Camping with information on all current Covid-19 precautions in place at the site. 

What we are doing to keep you safe:

We will be following all government guidelines in place at the time, and we ask you to do the same. We are closely monitoring all guidance and will adjust our policies as needed. 

All showers and toilets will be cleaned regularly, with hand-washing and sanitising stations installed across the site.

What you can do to keep us safe:

If you or any of your party tests positive for Covid-19 or is contacted by NHS Track and Trace please don’t travel to Wylde Valley, get in contact with us and we will happily rearrange your stay for when everybody is feeling better. Keeping all campers and the local community safe is our top priority. If we cannot rearrange your stay you are entitled to a refund on your booking, minus any channel and payment provider fees.

If national guidelines are in place restricting travel by the date of your stay we will first try and help you rearrange your holiday for another date, if this cannot be done you are entitled to a refund on your booking, minus any channel and payment provider fees.
